I can't believe I haven't submitted a review yet, I absolutely love BFT. Best class based gym I've been a member of, it has a great mix of cardio and weights, and 8-9 week progression blocks that are programmed extremely well, allowing me to reach my fitness goals.

Gym is a key part of my day and Im always looking forward to it! If my body and time permitted, I'd be there multiple times a day. The owners Ruby and Macca are super friendly and it feels like a real community.

Shred, HIIT, strength, cardio, it has everything. Highly recommend it.

And now, I show up 6 days a week and tell myself that its just an hour to pump myself up and I am so addicted to it. As a 60 year old, reasonably fit for my age, male, I was a little apprehensive about going to a gym as I have lost interest in them previously. I was attending a completely different exercise class, but I thought I’d give it a try. It has turned out to be a fantastic decision. Ruby and Macca, along with the team of instructors, have created a wonderful community. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, and with variety of programmes offered, you are constantly challenged.

I highly recommend to anyone thinking about starting an exercise journey, to pop in and take a few classes, you will very welcomed, and it’s great fun, tough but enjoyable.
